On the bright side, Clayton Kershaw returned to the mound Friday and shut out the Padres in six innings in his first starts in over a month. The Dodgers bullpen held the 1-0 lead for the only win of the week, and Kershaw improved to 16-2 with a 1.95 ERA, putting him back in the mix in the Cy Young race.
