18. Jonah Bolden, PF, Maccabi Tel Aviv

Bolden probably was slated to be a guy who fit in the end of this list until Summer League, when he exploded with potential playing alongside Markelle Fultz. The former UCLA Bruin spent time at FMP Beograd in the Adriatic League in 2016-2017, but proved quickly that he’s ready for something bigger this summer, and that caused Maccabi to jump on him.

How he progresses this year will be very interesting. Ready or not, Maccabi is probably planning on giving him a lengthy leash to create off the dribble and run pick-and-pops, and we should get ample chances to see him explore his ceiling as an offensive player. The defensive challenges of battling with Euroleague centers will also be important to watch, as Bolden probably projects as a full-time big man at the NBA level. No other draft-and-stash player is going to be as focal to their team this season as Bolden, and we should get a better idea of what his ceiling is this year.
