10. Shakhtar

Shakhtar aren’t loaded with the same level of talent as when they were a factory for the best Brazilian players you hadn’t heard of. There’s no Jadson, Willian or Alex Teixeira left, but Dontesk are still well-stocked in attacking areas.

The proof came during the 2-1 win over Napoli when clever midfielder Taison and forward Facundo Ferreyra each found the net. Both goalscorers benefited from the now familiar stock of South American talent in the Shakhtar ranks.

Big names have left to be replaced by Bernard, Fred and Marlon. This group may not be quite on a par with Shakhtar vintages of the past, but the squad is still capable enough to cause a few more upsets in the Champions League.
