Christian Kirk

Wide Receiver, Texas A&M

The Cleveland Browns have a boatload of picks in the 2018 NFL Draft, including two in the first round. While they will pick early in round one due to their own poor record, they will likely pick later on down the line with the pick they received from the Houston Texans. The Browns traded an early pick in 2017 to the Texans so Houston could grab Deshaun Watson, who is currently their starting quarterback.

Cleveland went and grabbed a quarterback of their own in round two, bringing in Notre Dame’s DeShone Kizer. Kizer is now the starter in Cleveland, and he certainly needs some weapons around him. If the Browns decide to bring in a running back early, like we predict with Saquon Barkley, and outside threat later in round one might be the play.

Christian Kirk is a good-looking wideout from Texas A&M, and would give the Browns the big-play ability that they currently lack. Kizer needs as many weapons as he can get if they want him to develop, and the Browns did already spend two first round picks on the defense in 2017. Cleveland is trying to build up their team the right way, and a home run in the 2018 NFL Draft could be the beginning of something like we have never seen before from the lowly franchise.
