Arden Key

Edge, LSU

For the Indianapolis Colts, they have to happy with where they stand through the first two weeks. Sitting at 0-2, that has to sound like a crazy comment, but no team in the AFC South has started out perfect this season. The Colts have been without their star quarterback Andrew Luck this far, and he is out for Week 3, but the division could be winnable if these teams continue to stumble out of the gate.

If Luck cannot go this season, or comes on later in the year, this Colts team is going to be the worst in the division. There is nobody who can move the ball effectively behind Luck, and the aging Frank Gore only has so much left in the tank. Colts fans are used to the team being close to the top, or at the top of the AFC South, and without Luck, that is not going to happen in 2017.

Indianapolis needs to add playmakers to their defense, and should look to bolster their edge rush next April. If they do pick this early, LSU edge rusher Arden Key could be available, although some mocks have him going in the top three picks. He has been battling a shoulder injury this season, which could hurt his draft status, but the likelihood is that he is a top-five pick for sure.
