1. New York Giants

I didn’t expect the Giants to be atop of this list going into Week 3 of the NFL season but here we are. Sunday’s matchup against the Eagles is an absolute must-win for the Giants this early on into the season.

Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong for the Giants in the first two games. With Odell Beckham not fully healthy, the offense has not been able to get anything going. There’s not any kind of establish run game and the offensive line is putrid up front. Ereck Flowers in particular has looked especially terrible. Ben McAdoo hasn’t been shy is voicing the frustrations, particularly about Eli Manning.

Heading into Sunday, the Giants can come away with the win. The Eagles look like the best team in the division, but are still a beatable team. They lack any identity in the run game and if the Giants front-seven can get to Carson Wentz, they can force some turnovers. Even with their struggles, the Giants have the talent to turn things around.

Not only is this a must win to avoid an 0-3 start, but a loss would put the Giants at 0-2 in the division. A loss on Sunday won’t be the be-all end-all for the Giants, but it’s already tough coming back from 0-2. Starting off 0-3 would make things even worse.
