Alaves face Real Madrid at Mendizorrotza Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 23. Here’s all the info you need to watch this La Liga match.

Real Madrid are in the seventh place in La Liga. Yes, you read that correctly: seventh place. They endured a shock defeat at home against Real Betis on Wednesday. Gareth Bale and Cristiano were both on the field, in case you were wondering. In fact, Ronaldo missed a few chances he easily buries on any other day.

While this is certainly cause for concern, it’s still early days in the La Liga season, and this is Real Madrid. There is no reason to think they won’t bounce back, and do so quickly, starting with their trip to Alaves on Saturday.

Alaves are somehow not in dead last in the La Liga table even though they have not scored a single goal and have lost all five of their league matches. Most recently, they were defeated 1-0 by Deportivo La Coruna on Wednesday. Real’s recent slip up won’t be much comfort to Alaves.
