Wide Receivers: Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers-$9,000, A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals-$7,500, Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals-$6,500

Brown is one of the most stable and predictable players in any fantasy format, and he has exactly 11 targets in both games so far this season. Pittsburgh’s Week 3 opponent, the Chicago Bears, have not been incredibly generous to opposing wide receivers thus far. But Brown could threaten the 12.5 receptions per game they’ve allowed to the position on his own this week. Somewhere between Week 1 (11 catches for 182 yards) and Week 2 (five catches for 62 yards) is a reasonable expectation, with requisite upside I’m betting on.

They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and Green was definitely squeaking to the media after Cincinnati’s dismal Week 2 loss to the Texans. New offensive coordinator Bill Lazor will be tasked with devising a scheme to get Green the ball as much as possible. While a Week 3 matchup against the Green Bay Packers does not look great based on two weeks this year, they allowed a league-high 26 touchdowns to wide receivers in 2016. If tight end Tyler Eifert (back, knee) misses Sunday’s game, there will be extra defensive attention on Green but also the likelihood of more targets for him. In terms of pure value on FanDuel this week, Green is a great buy.

It looks likely to be a war of attrition between the Cardinals’ wide receivers and the Cowboys’ secondary on Monday night, with multiple injuries on both sides. For Arizona John Brown (quad) is out, J.J. Nelson (hamstring) is listed as questionable and Jaron Brown came out of last week with a knee issue which may limit him. That leaves Fitzgerald, and his 19 targets through games, as the proverbial last fully healthy man standing in a very favorable matchup. Couple that with excellent value at $6,500, and Fitz is an easy choice to be my third FanDuel wide receiver this week.
