Sit: Matt Ryan

The Buffalo Bills defense is the real deal. Through three games, they have only allowed 37 points (12.3 per). Although we knew the New York Jets offense wasn’t fantastic, they completely shut down the Carolina Panthers and Cam Newton, and then followed that up with a huge win against an early AFC favourite in the Denver Broncos. Head coach Sean McDermott has the team playing great football, and it won’t be easy for the Atlanta Falcons and Matt Ryan to break them down this weekend.

Matt Ryan has started the season well, but he’s not playing at the elite level he did in 2016, nor is he putting up the fantasy numbers. The Detroit Lions rattled Ryan last week and he threw three interceptions, but he still came out with a pair of touchdowns and the win. This week might be difficult facing a team who are top ten in both passing defense and rushing defense, and lead the league with the fewest points against. If you can find a strong streaming option this weekend, sit Ryan and wait for more favorable matchups.
