Fantasy football Week 5 2017 rankings: Who to start and sit
Start: Larry Fitzgerald/Jaron Brown
Larry Fitzgerald has continued with his Hall of Fame-level play this season, even in his mid-thirties. Jaron Brown has broken out and is proving is one of the top waiver-wire targets you should be looking at. This week, the duo face up against a struggling defense.
After a strong showing against the Washington Redskins and Kirk Cousins in Week 1, the Philadelphia Eagles has been all downhill since then. The loss of Ronald Darby in that game, followed by Rodney McLeod going down in Week 2 and Fletcher Cox following in Week 3 has left the defense in a bad position, and especially the secondary is struggling to contain opposing receivers.
Last week, Philip Rivers and the Los Angeles Chargers receivers had outstanding outings. Keenan Allen had a whopping 138 yards on five catches, and the Eagles even put rookie defensive lineman Derek Barnett up against the star receiver to defend him. Tyrell Williams broke free for 75-yard touchdown and finished with 115 on five grabs on the day. This week, Larry Fitzgerald and Jaron Brown should have their way with this group.
