Buffalo Bills (+2.5) at Cincinnati Bengals

The Buffalo Bills have been very, very good to us this season. We’ve picked them twice getting a lot of points (at Carolina in Week 2 and at Atlanta in Week 4). You know what? We’re taking the Bills getting points on the road against a team they are clearly better than in the Cincinnati Bengals.

What have the Bengals shown us so far to make us think that they can move the ball around on a physical Bills defense? Beating the loser Cleveland Browns? I wouldn’t say this is a lock since the Bills are coming off a huge, emotional road win over Atlanta, but they should be the ones laying points to the Bengals in this one.

Reigning NFL MVP Matt Ryan struggled to move the ball on this defense. 2015 NFL MVP Cam Newton couldn’t do much of anything on this Bills defense either. What do you think Andy Dalton is going to do? He’ll have to hope for two busted coverages that result in 50-yard A.J. Green touchdowns.

While it may be too early to say that the Bills are back, but they were the second most impressive team in the AFC in the first quarter after the still undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. A top-10 team in football getting points on the road against a bottom-10 team in football is all you need to know in this game. Take the Bills getting points, please.
