3. Dallas Cowboys

Things haven’t been great in Jerry’s World this year. A Cowboys team that only lost three games in 2016 has already lost two games this season. The third loss could be on the way Sunday when Aaron Rodgers and the Packers come into town for a game that’s set to be a classic showdown. At home, this is an absolute must-win for the Cowboys.

There might not be any panic in the locker room yet, but a 2-3 start could do that. Last week’s loss to the Rams was a game the Cowboys definitely should have won, but they could only muster up six points in the second half. That can’t be the case when you have the best young running back in the league behind a brick wall of an offensive line.

The offensive woes could take an either further hit depending on the ruling of the Ezekiel Elliott case. A decision is set to be made early next week and there’s no real confident answer to what is going to happen. Worst case scenario is Elliott serves his suspension, which would be a major blow to the Cowboys’ offense.

With a ton of injuries on the offensive side of the ball, the Packers aren’t the scary offensive team we’ve seen in the past. Aaron Rodgers is still incredible, but he can only do so much by himself on that side of the ball.

A win keeps the Cowboys in pace with the Eagles and Redskins in the NFC East come the rest of the season.
