Sit: Tyreek Hill

Tyreek Hill is electrifying. We saw it last year – his rookie year was something special. He had 12 total touchdowns that came in a variety of ways. He had six scores as a receiver, three as a rushers, and three as a return man In the season opener this season against the New England Patriots, he busted free for a 75-yard score, and in his most recent game versus the Houston Texans he came up with another electrifying punt return for a long 82-yard touchdown.

He’s definitely developing as a receiver, but his Week 1 performance was still his only 100-plus yard game through the air – it’s difficult for us to trust a player who gets a significant amount of his fantasy points in the return game.

Despite being in the news for all the wrong reasons (Ben Roethlisberger’s five-interception day), the Pittsburgh Steelers have the best fantasy defense against wide receivers and face Hill and the Chiefs this week. They’ve given up the fewest points to wideouts this year, and this will be a tough matchup for Hill. When considering whether or not to play a boom-or-bust player, it’s always crucial to study their matchup – and this one is difficult.
