Jake Delhomme Division

21. Tyrod Taylor (Prev: 19)

Taylor does some nice things, including mobility and a terrific deep ball. Still, he has to be classified as an average quarterback, mostly due to meager yardage totals. It would be nice to see Taylor play with a good offensive mind and some real receivers.

20. Carson Palmer (Prev: 22)

Palmer finally played well on Sunday against the Buccaneers, throwing for 283 yards and three touchdowns on 18-of-22 passing. Palmer has the second-highest yardage total in the league, but only has 7.45 yards per attempt. He’s been mediocre most of the year, but he balled this weekend.

19. Eli Manning (Prev: 21)

Manning moves up because he avoided sacks and turnovers against an excellent Broncos defense, and somehow won the game without Sterling Shepard, Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall.

18. Jameis Winston (Prev: 16)

Winston came out in the first half against Arizona, so this ranking is based completely off his play this season. Too many risks, not a good enough completion percentage (60.4) and too many losses for a Buccaneers team with ample expectation.

17. Andy Dalton (Prev: 18)

Dalton faces a huge test this weekend against the Steelers. If the Bengals can get a win in Pittsburgh, the AFC North race is real. Cincinnati needs something from Dalton, who has found A.J. Green and nobody else all year.
