1. Atlanta Falcons at New England Patriots

The Super Bowl LI rematch.. How much better can it get? The 28-3 game that will go down in history and no one will forget. There won’t be as much on the line in Week 7, but you know the Falcons are looking for revenge. Even they aren’t over the choke.

This matchup is even more fitting Sunday night considering the Falcons are coming off a 20-17 loss against the Dolphins where they blew a 20-0 halftime lead. Ring a bell? The jokes won’t ever stop and the Falcons are losers of two straight and need a win to quiet down the critics. That won’t be easy on the road in Foxborough.

The Patriots haven’t been playing their best football early on this season, but look to be getting better each week. After a tough win over the Jets last week they’re 4-2 and in the drivers seat in the division heading forward. The defense is still a major question mark, but they’ve significantly improved over the past two weeks and will look to keep that going against a high powered offense.

The matchup to watch comes down to the Falcons wide receivers against the Patriots secondary. Can Stephon Gilmore matchup against Julio Jones? Gilmore got his big money contract in the offseason, now it’s time for him to truly earn it. If the Patriots want to have a real shot at repeating Super Bowl titles, the defense has to continue to get better and what better way to test it than against this offense.
