Orlando Brown

Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

The Baltimore Ravens blasted the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Week 8, and their defense truly dominated the Fins throughout. The issue with the Ravens this season has been their inconsistent play, as you really never know what team is going to be putting on the purple each week. Baltimore needs a lot of work, but no area is more of a necessity than the offensive line at this point.

The lack of talent up front has taken a toll on all their playmakers, as injuries, and retirements forced the Ravens to go into the season a bit shorthanded. With their first round pick in April, they should look to bring in an offensive tackle, and Orlando Brown from Oklahoma is a good one. This draft has a ton of talented offensive lineman, but he is certainly one of the top tackles in this draft class.

Quarterback Joe Flacco is not going anywhere, and while the Ravens need playmakers all over their offense, keeping him upright has got to be the priority at this point. The defense looked good enough to beat anybody on Thursday night, so they can improve that area of the team later in this draft. Brown would be a solid get in the middle of the first round, where the Ravens will likely be picking if they cannot make a run at a Wildcard spot in the second half.
