DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 4, 2017
High Salary SG
Jimmy Butler, MIN vs DAL ($7,500): Butler has been the most consistent player on the Timberwolves this year. His numbers don’t jump out at you. He’s averaging 17.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals, but he’s had 30+ fantasy points in every game but the first this year. The Mavericks present him with an opportunity to pick up his usual numbers and then some. ****
Klay Thompson, GS at DEN ($7,000): Thompson gives you an average of two more FPPG than Butler at $500 less. The worry with him is that he gets lost in the Warriors firepower. He’s been under 30 fantasy points in 33 percent of his games this year. But at the price, he’s worth the small risk. *****
High Value SG
E’Twaun Moore, NO at CHI ($4,100): Moore was five points below his fantasy average against the Mavericks, but it wasn’t due to a lack of shots. He’s available at a low cost against the 23rd OPRK defense. **
Jamal Crawford, MIN vs DAL ($3,900): Crawford is averaging 18.7 FPPG this season, but has given owners 20+ fantasy points in five of eight games. The Mavericks aren’t good and Crawford has the ability to score in bunches. ***
Stanley Johnson, DET vs SAC ($3,900): Johnson is coming off a 21 point fantasy performance against the Bucks and should be able to match or top that against the Kings. ***
