NFL quarterback rankings, Week 10: Jameis Winston goes down
Norm Snead Division
16. Tyrod Taylor (Prev: 20)
Taylor has been getting by thanks to a good defense and a slew of turnovers. When you look at his numbers, he isn’t doing enough to help the Bills, throwing for only 1,628 yards and 10 touchdowns through eight games. Still, only two interceptions and a high completion rate, along with mobility, matters.
15. Case Keenum (Prev: 16)
Keenum has done a nice job keeping the Vikings in the hunt. After taking over for an injured Sam Bradford in Week 2, Minnesota is 5-2 under Keenum, with the veteran throwing for 1,610 yards and seven touchdowns against three picks in that stretch.
14. Marcus Mariota (Prev: 15)
Mariota is only this high because of his potential. Six touchdowns and five interceptions at this point of the season is gross. Furthermore, he was supposed to take a big step forward. Instead, he’s been disappointing.
13. Derek Carr (Prev: 14)
Carr continues to inch toward the top dozen of our rankings. Against the Dolphins, the fourth-year pro threw for 300 yards with a touchdown and interception. It wasn’t an incredible performance, but solid enough to earn a road win.
