High Salary SG

DeMar DeRozan, TOR at HOU ($8,000): While the Rockets defense has looked much improved this season, they’ve had trouble against the top scorer of the other team. DeRozan remains not only the best scorer on the Raptors, but one of the best in the league. He’s averaging 37 FPPG this season and will be counted upon to carry the offensive load once again. ***

Eric Gordon, HOU vs TOR ($6,600): Gordon is not only benefitting from Harden’s recent surge, but he’s showing that he can do things on his own as well. He’s taken exactly 11 three-point attempts in each of his last four games and is shooting 35 percent from deep this year. ****

High Value SG

Trevor Ariza, HOU vs TOR ($5,100): There’s no reason not to load up on Rockets on a slow night with the way their offense has been playing. Ariza is averaging 24.1 FPPG this year and has the best match-up of anyone near this salary. ***

Wesley Matthews, DAL vs SA ($4,700): Matthews went 0-of-9 on Sunday against Oklahoma City. The Thunder have the second best defense in the league, but the Spurs are seventh, so it’s not like things get that much easier. He gets his shots, but if they aren’t going in, he doesn’t provide much value. *
