Mason Rudolph

Quarterback, Oklahoma State

The Denver Broncos have turned into a laughingstock, and the fact that they are trotting out Brock Osweiler at quarterback says a lot about where they are as an organization. First-year head coach Vance Joseph has looked lost at time on the sideline, and you have to question whether or not he was a good hire. John Elway needs to turn this thing around quick, and replacing the head coach, and the quarterback may be the way to go.

While Joseph is likely to get another season to get this thing right, there is no way they can go into next year with Trevor Siemian, Paxton Lynch, and Brock Osweiler as their options at quarterback. The AFC West is loaded with talent at that position, and without a leader under center, you cannot win the division. Look for the Broncos to possibly draft an arm with their high first round pick, and Mason Rudolph would be a nice fit.

Rudolph is the kind of leader this franchise needs, and he is cut from the same cloth as Elway. Both men left everything on the field, and for Rudolph, he is a leader both on, and off the field. This organization needs a change in direction at the quarterback position, and although they drafted a signal-caller in the first round only two years ago, it is clear that pick is looking like a bust at this point.
