2. New York Giants

What can we really say about the New York Giants anymore? This team was dubbed a Super Bowl contender coming into this season and know they’re fighting with the Browns for a No. 1 pick in next year’s draft. I don’t think any of us saw this coming and it’s been a complete failure for Ben McAdoo. If he wants any hope of keeping his job or the locker room, the Giants have to find a way to win against the Chiefs this Sunday.

You can blame injuries all you want and they’ve certainly played a factor but the Giants have given up on this season and that’s obvious. Just watch the way the players play on a weekly basis.  Even an All-Pro like Janoris Jenkins isn’t putting in 100 percent effort on the field. Maybe that’s a shot at McAdoo or organization but either way, it’s not a good look for the team.

Unlike any other team on this list, the Giants have virtually no chance to win Sunday. What makes you think they have any chance to win, especially against the Chiefs? I’d be surprised if this game wasn’t anything other than a blowout.

The Giants don’t need a win to stay in the playoff race. Hell, they were out of it in the first few weeks of the season. They need a win to keep their dignity. This team is too talented to be a 1-8 team at this point in the season, there’s no question about that.
