Earl Morrall Division

12. Derek Carr (Prev: 15)

Carr was supposed to take the Raiders to the next level this year, but it hasn’t happened. The fourth-year quarterback has regressed some, throwing for 2,444 yards and 16 touchdowns in 10 starts. Not bad, just not MVP-worthy.

11. Case Keenum (Prev: 13)

Keenum has been everything the Vikings could have imagined and then some. he is making it very hard on Minnesota to move on from him in favor of Teddy Bridgewater both now and in this upcoming offseason.

10. Kirk Cousins (Prev: 9)

Cousins is going to be the highest-paid player in NFL history come March. The Redskins star has 3,308 passing yards, second only to Tom Brady. He also has a bare-bones receiving core and a revolving door for an offensive line due to injuries.

9. Ben Roethlisberger (Prev: 10)

Roethlisberger threw a pair of interceptions against the Packers, but he’s been playing much better over the past few weeks. All told, the future Hall of Famer has 2,948 passing yards with 20 touchdowns against 12 interceptions.
