Arden Key

Edge, LSU

Coming into the 2017 NFL season, the Indianapolis Colts figured to be without star quarterback Andrew Luck for a couple weeks. However, Luck has been placed on injured reserve, ending his season before it even started, and the team will roll with Jacoby Brissett the rest of the way. Brissett is not a bad quarterback, but he is not a winning quarterback just yet, and the Colts figure to be picking in the top five next April.

With that pick, the Colts should look to bring in some talent along the defensive line. Arden Key from LSU is a fantastic edge rusher, and is clearly the best at his position in this draft class. That is saying a lot, as this draft class has some great talent on the edge, and the position has become such a premium spot on the defense in recent years.

Key would be a solid addition for the Colts, who know the importance of getting after the quarterback. The AFC South has players like Deshaun Watson and Marcus Mariota in it, and both have the ability to scramble around and make plays. Indianapolis was once the kings of this division, and if they can get some more talent along the defense, and Luck comes back healthy, they should be in contention to win the AFC South as soon as next season.
