High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC at ORL ($11,200): Despite OKC struggling offensively, Westbrook has been above 60 fantasy points in four straight games. He’s scoring a lot, collecting rebounds, and picking up plenty of assists. He’s been one assist shy of four straight triple-doubles. The Magic have allowed 118+ points in four straight games. If there’s any cure for the Thunder offense, it’s the Magic defense. Even if Westbrook reigns it in a bit, he’s still a triple-double threat every night. *****

Chris Paul, HOU vs IND ($8,100): Somehow, Paul managed to follow-up a 2-12 shooting performance against the Knicks with a 1-of-7 performance against the Nets. Being 3-of-19 in your last two games isn’t a good sign, but Paul picks up plenty of assists to make up for his shooting struggles. He also started rebounding against the Nets, a trend that should continue against the Pacers. At some point, he’ll break out of his shooting slump. Until then, he’s still a valuable player due to his ability to put up numbers in every other category. ****

Kyle Lowry, TOR vs CHA ($7,800): The Hornets are a tough matchup given their defense, but Lowry has been playing at such a high level for the last few weeks that it’s tough to go against him. He’s becoming a nightly triple-double threat and is quickly turning into the best player on the Raptors. He’s had 50+ fantasy points in two of his last three and probably would have hit that number again against Atlanta, but had to settle for 43.75 fantasy points in a blowout. ****
