Here’s how to watch Friday’s Pac-12 Championship Game between the No. 14 Stanford Cardinal and No. 11 USC Trojans online.

A spot in the New Year’s Six will be on the line when the No. 14 Stanford Cardinal take on the No. 11 USC Trojans in the Pac-12 Championship Game on Friday night in Santa Clara.

While the Trojans failed to live up to preseason expectations overall, they can salvage their season by becoming the first Pac-12 South team to claim the conference championship. USC overcame a shaky patch in September to finish the season at 10-2. and has won four straight since being blown out at Notre Dame on Oct. 21.

Quarterback Sam Darnold, who will be a top prospect whenever he leaves for the NFL Draft and running back Ronald Jones lead a high-powered offense that is averaging 34.8 points per game. Linebacker Cameron Smith is the leader of the Trojans’ defense with 95 tackles and 9.5 stops behind the line of scrimmage and will be counted on Friday to keep Stanford’s Bryce Love in check.

An up-and-down season for Stanford culminated in a 9-3 record and fourth Pac-12 North title in six years. The Cardinal lost back-to-back contests against USC and San Diego State earlier in the season before putting together an 8-1 stretch run, including a huge win over Washington to help secure the division crown.

Love is in the Heisman Trophy discussion with 215 carries for 1,848 yards and 16 touchdowns despite being hobbled by an ankle injury over the past few games. Stanford’s offense has been much better since an ugly win over Oregon State on Oct. 26 with K.J. Costello under center, with wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside putting up huge numbers recently.

The first meeting between the two teams on Sep. 9 resulted in a decisive 42-24 USC victory. Friday’s Pac-12 Championship Game is set to begin at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on ESPN, with full streaming details available below.

Despite the blowout win back on Sep. 9, Odds Shark lists the Trojans as just a field goal favorite. While both teams are averaging over 30 points per game this season, the over/under opened at 57, due in large part to Stanford’s physicality up front.
