DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 2, 2017
High Value PG
J.J Barea, DAL vs LAC ($4,700): Dennis Smith Jr. is listed as questionable, and if he doesn’t play, that means Barae starts or sees ore time off the bench. He’s been a stronger play over Yogi Ferrell this season. He can get buckets in a hurry, but his real value is in his passing right now. He’s had 6-plus assists in four straight games. If Smith Jr. is available, that lessens Barea’s value a bit, but he’s been a solid performer all year, so I still like him as an option to round out your lineup. His rating is based on Smith Jr. not playing. *****
Jordan Clarkson, LAL at DEN ($4,900): If you’re not as keen on Ball, there’s always Clarkson. The Lakers sixth man had 41 fantasy points against the Warriors in their last game. He only had 23.75 fantasy points in a meeting against the Nuggets in mid-November, but that number would matchup with his expected value based on his salary. I like both Lakers point guards against Denver as their defense has struggled in their last two games, the team effort has come into question, and their is some uncertainty without Jokic in the lineup. ****
Malcolm Brogdon, MIL vs SAC ($4,900): Brogdon has had to take a step back in the Milwaukee offense since the arrival of Eric Bledsoe. He’s been a bit inconsistent, but he had 25.5 fantasy points against the Kings two games ago. The Kings are 19th against the position in their last 15 and their defense has been terrible all season. Given the price, Brogdon only needs 22.8 fantasy points to his his value. He shouldn’t have too much trouble getting that number given his ability to score and pick up assists. ****
