Why You Should Watch: The pursuit of perfection is worth it enough, right? UCF was left out of the Top 4 and the Top 10, despite going undefeated. The AAC Champions won the conference to move to 12-0 on the year. They will take aim at one of the SEC’s best to try and finish the season undefeated. Sounds like enough reason to tune in, right? How about more? UCF has the highest-scoring offense in the entire country. The Knights scored almost 50 points per game this season. McKenzie Milton, Adrian Killins Jr. and Tre’Quan Smith are a great triple threat. You may not know a lot about them, but here’s your chance to watch them.

Auburn is exciting in their own right. Kerryon Johnson was one of the best running backs in the SEC. Jarrett Stidham proved his worth under center, as the Auburn QB had a terrific first season. Ryan Davis is a pass-catching threat who will have a shot to break out again in Atlanta. Their defense is stingy too, and could give the potent UCF offense hell. Jeff Holland is one of the best edge rushers in the country, and their secondary is fantastic, too.

Why It’s Ranked Here: UCF’s pursuit of perfection makes this one of the most intriguing non-Playoff bowl games out there. They will have a very stiff test against Auburn, but the Knights will have a lot of supporters behind them. Everyone loves an underdog. UCF is exactly that against mighty Auburn. That’s primarily why the matchup finds itself at No. 2. Plus, we know this will be Scott Frost’s last hurrah in Orlando before he goes to Nebraska. Will it be Gus’ last dance for Auburn? Will he even be there?
