High Salary PG

Steph Curry, GS at NO ($9,400): Curry had 44 fantasy points in a meeting with the Pelicans a week ago. That’s slightly below his 46.6 FPPG season average, but right at salary value. You know what you’re getting with Curry. He’s going to get his points and threes, while chipping in, in other areas. He can have big games, but those games are less likely when the Warriors are at full strength. The Pelicans are ranked 29th against the position in their last 15 games, but Curry just doesn’t have the big scoring explosions with Durant in the lineup. ***

Kyrie Irving, BOS vs MIL ($8,500): Irving is averaging 38.1 fantasy points in two games against Milwaukee this season. Of course, those games were back in October and the Bucks are a much different team now. Despite their improvements on defense, the Bucks are 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. Irving can do a little bit of everything in all categories, but his real value comes through his scoring and ability to knockdown threes. The Bucks are still last in the league in defending the three. ****

Spencer Dinwiddie, BKN at ATL ($7,000): Dinwiddie had 42 fantasy points last game against the Hawks. That number led all scorers in that game. He’s $1,000 cheaper than Dennis Schroder, who should also be in for a big night. The Hawks are 28th against the position in their last 15 games. Despite losing on Saturday, Dinwiddie still put up big numbers. He hasn’t played well on the road this year, but it’s tough not to take advantage of this matchup. ****
