High Value C

Steven Adams, OKC at MEM ($6,400): Adams’ numbers were down against the Nets, but he was still right around value. He continues to get opportunities in the Thunder offense and that’s unlikely to go away given how well he’s played in recent games. He’s also the best rebounding option on the team. The Grizzlies rank third against the position in their last 15 games, but their overall defense and team functionality is all over the place right now. ***

Robin Lopez, CHI vs NY ($5,200): Lopez continues to be at value or better. He’s coming off a strong 31.5 fantasy point performance against the Hornets. The Knicks are 14th against the position in their last 15 games, but Lopez’ consistency and lowered salary is too good to pass up. 22.4 fantasy points should be no problem for Lopez, even on a back-to-back. ***

Greg Monroe, PHO vs SA ($5,300): Monroe has posted 30+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. Tyson Chandler and Alex Len are both questionable for Saturday. If both frontcourt players miss this one, Monroe’s minutes and usage will be way up. If the Spurs rest a couple of guys, that helps Monroe’s value as well. He’s been doing a little bit of everything for the Suns in recent contests, including picking up three-plus assists in his last four games. ****
