High Salary PG

Dennis Schroder, ATL at NY ($7,900): Schroder has been over 35 fantasy points in two straight, both against a weak Orlando squad. Things don’t exactly get tougher against the Knicks, who rank 27th against point guards and just gave up 43.75 fantasy points to Kris Dunn. Schroder’s main value comes from points and assists, but he’s taken on more of a rebounding role with Collins and Dedmon out. He can also chip in defensively. ****

Kyle Lowry, TOR at SAC ($8,600): Lowry continues to put up big fantasy numbers and Sunday against Sacramento should be no different. Despite the Kings ranking eighth against point guards, Lowry has been able to do a little bit of everything for the Raptors. He can score, hit threes, rebound, and his the primary playmaker on a Raptors team that is second in the East. Oh yeah, he’s five fantasy points better on the road this season, thanks in large part to DeRozan’s struggles away from Toronto. ****

Kyrie Irving, BOS at DET ($8,800): Irving has missed value in two of his last four and had just 34 fantasy points against the Pistons on Nov. 27. He needs 40 fantasy points to hit value. The Pistons have the 12th-best defense in the league and rank 15th against point guards in their last 15 games. He had 43.25 fantasy points against the Spurs, which is a good sign for his potential against the Pistons. ***
