Wide Receivers: Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers-$8,400; Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals-$7,600; Josh Gordon, Cleveland Brows-$6,700

There’s no hotter wide receiver in the NFL right now than Allen, who has made history with three straight 10-plus catch, 100-plus yard games with a touchdown. He has 41 targets and 33 receptions in those three games, which is good for a 37.9 share of targets and a 42.3 percent share of completions from Philip Rivers over that span.

The Washington Redskins are a middle of the road pass defense, and a top-five defense in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers (ESPN PPR scoring). Josh Norman carries a reputation as a shutdown corner, but Pro Football Focus has graded him out as merely average through 13 weeks this season. Allen may not put up double-digit catches again this week, but target volume is enough to carry him to a solid day against the Redskins.

After a down effort in a tough Week 12 matchup, Fitzgerald rebounded with 10 catches for 98 yards and a touchdown against the Los Angeles Rams last week. He has at least eight targets in five straight games, with the Tennessee Titans and the league’s 25th-ranked pass defense on the slate for Week 13.

The Titans are also in the bottom-10 of the league in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers (ESPN PPR scoring), and No. 1 cornerback Logan Ryan is in the concussion protocol. If Ryan is out Sunday, a very good matchup for Fitzgerald and the Arizona passing game will get even better.

After nearly three years off the field, Gordon returned last week with four receptions (11 targets) for 85 yards against the Chargers. Hue Jackson promised Gordon would play a lot and be heavily involved, and it came to fruition as DeShone Kizer threw the ball 32 times last Sunday.

The Green Bay Packers have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers (ESPN PPR scoring), including seven touchdowns allowed to the position over their last five games. Gordon stepped right in as Cleveland’s No. 1 wide receiver, and I like him as a value on FanDuel this week.
