Connor Williams

Offensive Tackle, Texas

It has been a terrible season for the Cincinnati Bengals, and it absolutely could be the last for Marvin Lewis as the head coach. Lewis has been a mainstay in Cincinnati for years, but incredibly, he has never won a playoff game. This year’s team has been one of the worst in the AFC, and somebody is going to have to take the blame for what has happened to the Bengals over the first 13 games of the season.

In 2017, the Bengals selected wide receiver John Ross in the first round, and he certainly has not panned out. The organization is thinking of moving him to cornerback, so you can see the dysfunction going on in Cincinnati. They have to get their first round pick right in 2018, and going with a stud offensive tackle is a safe move to make that could help them up front on offense.

Connor Williams has already declared for the 2018 NFL Draft, and he is going to be a good one at the next level. Williams has been one of the more dominant offensive lineman in college football for the past couple of years, and would instantly make Cincinnati better up front. He has had to deal with some injuries this season, but he is the kind of player who can come in and start on the left side right away, and stay there for the next ten years.
