3. Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs

How about some Saturday night football? I don’t think any of us can complain about an extra day of football and we’ve got a great matchup for the night cap. The AFC West has been anything like we expected it to be but there’s still got to be a winner. The Chargers are red hot and are looking to make it five straight wins while the Chiefs bounced back with a dominating win over the Raiders last week. If there were division championship games in the NFL this would be it as the playoff fate of both sides will be decided.

Right now, these teams couldn’t be more opposite. After a 0-2 start, no one can seem to stop the Chargers. Phillip Rivers continues to prove he’s an ageless wonder and is getting major help from Keenan Allen and the receiving game. Chargers fans finally realized that their team is pretty good and are showing up to games. Out of all the teams you wouldn’t want to face in the playoffs, the Chargers are atop of the list. If they continue to win and dominate the way they have, they can make a run, there’s no question about that.

Despite a win over the helpless Raiders last week, the Chiefs still have much to improve on. Luckily, to help stop the relentless Chargers’ passing attack, cornerback Marcus Peters returns off a one-game suspension. The only flag the Chiefs expect to be thrown this week will be a white surrender flag from the other sidelines.

It’s a must-win for both sides, which is why this will be a great game. Division games like these are always worth tuning in to in the final weeks of the season.
