High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC vs DEN ($11,200): Westbrook looked like a guy who played a triple-overtime game the night before when he put up just 46.25 fantasy points against the Knicks on Saturday. With a day of rest and some home cooking, expect the guy who routinely puts up 50 fantasy points. The Thunder offense continues to be disappointing, but Westbrook gets his numbers no matter what. The Nuggets are 29th against the position in their last 15 games. Their defense typically struggles on the road as well. ****

Kemba Walker, CHA vs NY ($7,100): Walker had 39.25 fantasy points in 33 minutes against the Knicks back on Nov. 7. He’s been at value in 63 percent of games, but has a dud rating of just four percent. So, even when he’s not quite reaching value, he’s not bottoming out, either. Most of his value comes from his scoring and assist numbers, but he can pitch in with rebounds and defensive plays. The Knicks are 27th against the position in their last 15 games and Walker posts the highest usage rate of any Hornets player in their last five game. *****

Chris Paul, HOU vs UTA ($9,000): After back-to-back games of 62 fantasy points, Paul was down to 40.75 fantasy points against the Bucks. That number would put him right around value against the Jazz. He had 58.25 fantasy points against Utah back on Dec. 7 and that was a Paul who had not quite figured out his role in the Houston offense. He knows what he needs to do now and he’s been playing outstanding basketball alongside James Harden. A double-double is never out of the question and he can put up big scoring and passing numbers. ****
