4. Jim Harbaugh, current gig: University of Michigan head coach

Michigan made a splash in 2014 when they signed Jim Harbaugh to a seven-year contract to be their next head coach. Seven years averaging five million dollars per season, who would leave that? Well, Harbaugh might, just for the sole fact that he would be getting a second shot at capturing the ever-illusive Lombardi Trophy. Harbaugh did not accomplish one feat during his time in San Francisco, and that was win the Super Bowl. In fact, he only made it to one and ended up losing out to his brother John, who coaches the Ravens.

Michigan had a down year this past season, so now would be the time to pounce for a team looking to get him to come back to the NFL. No team makes more sense than the Colts. Harbaugh played for the Colts back when he was still a quarterback, not a coach. He also has a history with Andrew Luck and is very high on him.

Should Harbaugh make a return to the NFL, Indianapolis would make the most sense to him. However, it is unlikely that a team can coerce him into leaving Michigan for another opportunity in the NFL. It would make sense for Harbaugh to return, but it also makes a lot of sense for him to stay in Ann Arbor and see out his contract. Should he return, Harbaugh could do great things with a quarterback like Luck. If a comeback is in order for Jimbo, the Colts would be a dangerous team with him at the helm.
