High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC at UTA ($11,200): Westbrook has looked more like his MVP-self in the last week. He had 56 fantasy points in 28 minutes against the Jazz on Wednesday. It’s unlikely that Utah plays as bad on Saturday as they did in that one, and the Thunder are on a back-to-back, but Westbrook always finds a way to get his numbers. He’s been at value in 76 percent of games this season. He’s shooting well from the field, setting up teammates, and still rebounds better than any point guard in the league. He’s also playing better defensively, leading to a handful of blocks and steals per game. He’s a 60 point fantasy player at minimum. *****

John Wall, WAS vs ORL ($8,700): The entire Wizards roster struggled on Friday night against the Nets in a blowout loss, especially Wall. He had 19 fantasy points in 16 minutes. That’s the bad news. The good news is that he should be well rested against a favorable matchup. The Magic are 29th against the position in their last 15 games. It’s highly unlikely that Wall struggles to the extent that he did on Friday. A return to Washington and a battle with a struggling Orlando squad should be just what the doctor ordered for Wall. ****

Tyreke Evans, MEM at LAC ($7,900): The Grizzlies are one of a couple of teams not playing on a back-to-back on Saturday. The Clippers are coming off a big win against the Rockets, but that could lead to a lethargic performance. Even if they had fresh legs, their defense has been a mess for most of this season. Evans is the most reliable scorer on the Grizzlies. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in two of his last three games. With Marc Gasol listed as doubtful, the bulk of the scoring will fall on Evans. The Clippers are 20th against the position in their last 15 games. ****

HM: Lou Williams ($7,000)
