FanDuel NFL: Week 16 lineup
Tight End: Eric Ebron, Detroit Lions-$5,200
Over his last two games, Ebron has 15 receptions for 127 yards and a touchdown on 18 targets. Going back a little bit further, he has at least four catches in five straight games with that catch total or a touchdown in six straight contests (double-digit FanDuel points three times over that span).
The Cincinnati Bengals are a top-10 overall pass defense entering Week 16, and they’re in the middle of the pack against tight ends (ESPN PPR scoring). But they’ve allowed a touchdown to the position in back-to-back games, to Adam Shaheen of the Bears and Kyle Rudolph of the Vikings, as a litany of injuries at linebacker (and nothing to play for?) has left them very vulnerable.
Ebron is a perpetual underachiever, on the verge of being deemed a first-round draft bust, including for most of this season (47 catches for 482 yards in 14 games this far). But his involvement and production has ramped up at just the right time for fantasy owners across the board, and he’s worth a long look on FanDuel this week.
