2018 NFL Mock Draft: Josh Rosen goes to Browns
By Brad Weiss
One of the more terrible teams in the NFL this season has been the Denver Broncos, who shook off a solid start to the season to become one of the worst teams in the AFC. Denver came into the 2017 season with a brand new head coach, as Vance Joseph was making his debut as the main man on the sidelines. Well, through the first 16 weeks of his head coaching career, Joseph is already on the hot seat, and he could be a one-and-done coach before all is said and done.
When it comes to this roster, there are a lot of holes, especially on the offensive side of the ball. The defense is still good enough to play with anybody, but the offense has no real leader at the quarterback position. They have started three different players at the quarterback position this season, and it does not look like any of them are a long term solution at the position.
John Elway is likely to check out free agency for a quarterback this offseason, and with their first round pick, they should look to bring in another offensive lineman. The Broncos drafted a tackle with their first round selection last year, and this year, they should add a guard to the mix. Quenton Nelson from Notre Dame might be the best overall offensive lineman prospect in this draft class, and the Broncos need all the help they can get up front.
