3. Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

It’s a big week for the city of Buffalo. After a 17-year playoff drought, Sean McDermott has the chance to return and bring order back to the city and Bills Mafia. In a must-win game, the Bills travel out of the tundra that is Orchard Park to sunny and beautiful Miami, Florida to take on the Dolphins.

The Bills beat the Dolphins in Buffalo just two weeks ago but this is a different environment with plenty of different circumstances. This week the Bills are desperate for a win while the Dolphins don’t have anything to play for. Adam Gase knows this and is going to bring out the entire playbook to upset his division rivals this week. Whether it’s onside kicks or fake punts, the Bills have to be aware of anything that can happen.

Weather usually is never a huge impact on games unless there is a foot of snow but the Bills are going from playing in a snow globe to where the temperature averages around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. You have to wonder if that’s going to play an impact in terms of sweating and water loss. We’ll see how well the Bills are acclimated with the 50-60 degree jump.

The Dolphins are a team that can certainly pull of the upset. They did it to the Patriots a few weeks back and the offense can be dangerous even with Jay Cutler under center. That’s a crazy thing to say but he has ample weapons around him. I can’t see this game being separated by more than a touchdown and it could go either way on Sunday.
