High Salary SF

Kevin Durant, GS vs UTA ($11,700): The return of Draymond Green has cut into the rebounding and assist numbers of Durant, but he’s still the top scoring option. On top of his points, he’s been a defensive monster, collecting multiple blocks per game. The Jazz are 21st against the position in their last 15 games and on a back-to-back. They looked all out of sorts against the Nuggets on Tuesday. It’s doubtful they play that poorly again, but facing the Warriors is worst case scenario on a back-to-back after a poor team performance. *****

LeBron James, CLE at SAC ($11,500): James turned in his worst fantasy game of the season against the Warriors, posting just 29.2 fantasy points on Monday. It’s highly unlikely that he’ll perform that poorly, especially against an overmatched Kings squad on a back-to-back. James had 66.7 fantasy points against the Kings on Dec. 6. The only concern with this one is if the Cavaliers put it away early. As long as James is in the game, he’s going to put up big numbers. Expect him to be back up over 55 fantasy points on Wednesday. *****

Jimmy Butler, MIN vs DEN ($8,900): Butler has been at 45 fantasy points in his last two games. He had 36.4 fantasy points against Denver on Dec. 20. That number would put him slightly under value on Wednesday. I expect him to be over 40 fantasy points in this one as the Nuggets are on a back-to-back. They’ve been better on the road as of late, which is a good sign, but I don’t favor them against a strong Timberwolves team led by Buter. ****
