High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC vs MIL ($11,500): Westbrook has been over 60 fantasy points in five of his last six games. His rebounding numbers are slightly down, but his scoring has been around 30 points in each contest and his assist numbers typically reach double-digits. He’s also good for a steal or two every night. He had 42 fantasy points in 27 minutes against the Bucks earlier this season. This game projects to be slightly closer, although the Bucks are on a back-to-back. Westbrook is going to put up numbers in all categories for as long as he plays. And if he plays over 30 minutes, he’ll likely be over 60 fantasy points. *****

John Wall, WAS vs HOU ($8,600): After a sizzling performance against the Celtics, Wall and the Wizards laid an egg against the Hawks. There seems to be a disconnect with the team against bad teams. The good news is that they’re playing one of the best teams in the league, so they should be well-prepared and focused. Wall has been hit-or-miss this season, hitting value in just 50 percent of contests. The hope is that he raises his game to the Rockets level and turns in the 50 fantasy point game that he’s capable of. But given the Wizards inconsistencies, I have to call him a risk on Friday. **

Kyle Lowry, TOR vs ATL ($7,700): The Raptors have lost two-straight, but Lowry has been over value in both of those contests. Back at home and playing an overmatched Atlanta squad, Lowry and the Raptors should come out with a vengeance in this one. Lowry can put up numbers in all categories, although he’s been inconsistent since his hot stretch to end Nov. and start Dec. He had 43.75 fantasy points against the Hawks on Nov. 25. ****
