Perfect Play

The Phoenix Suns aren’t always on the winning side of a game. In fact, the Suns have only won 14 of a possible 38 games this season. The best win of the season might have come against the Memphis Grizzlies earlier this season.

With the Grizzlies and Suns dead-locked at 97 apiece and less than a second on the clock, everyone in the building knew exactly where the pass was going.

This could’ve been in the category for Best Dunk, but it seems more fitting in the Perfect Play category.

With Marc Gasol defending the inbounds pass, I would’ve thought it would be hard to get the ball all the way to the rim, but it was right on the money.

Chandler took the pass quickly and threw it down over the Grizzlies’ defender to seal the win for Suns. Not often are the Suns receiving awards for executing a Perfect Play, but in our first edition of the #NBAAwards in 2018, Phoenix makes an appearance.
