The Cleveland Browns traded with the Houston Texans during the 2017 NFL Draft, and because of that, they will be picking twice in the top-four next April. The Texans spent that 2017 pick on Deshaun Watson, who showed that he could wind up being an elite player in the NFL. The Browns are likely to draft a quarterback with the first overall pick, and with pick No. 4, look for them to add even more talent to the offensive side of the ball.

During his time at Penn State, Saquon Barkley has proven himself to be one of the best running backs in college football. This past week, Barkley announced that he would be declaring for the NFL Draft, and he is certain to be selected in the first five picks. The Browns do not have an elite running game currently, and Barkley would instantly give them a player who can produce on the ground, and through the air.

Though they went 0-16 this season, the Browns defense was not horrible, so it would make sense for them to select two offensive players in the first round. They do have the luxury of finally having a legitimate general manager, and John Dorsey is going to get this right. Cleveland has gone 1-31 during the two-year stint by Hue Jackson at head coach, and the hope is that they can give him the weapons on offense to at least be respectable next season.
