High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC at LAC ($11,300): Westbrook missed value on Wednesday, but only due to a lack of minutes. He had 48 fantasy points in 28 minutes against the Lakers. Things should be more competitive against the Clippers, meaning Westbrook should be back around 50 fantasy points. He had 42.25 fantasy points against the Clippers on Nov. 10, but he’s playing much better since that time. Expect him to flirt with a triple-double and be around 60 fantasy points ****

Chris Paul, HOU vs GS ($9,800): Paul struggled mightily with his shot against the Magic, which led to him contributing just 39.25 fantasy points. He had 36 fantasy points against the Warriors on opening night. Paul always seems to struggle in this matchups against Steph Curry. No James Harden to take the pressure off of him won’t help his chances. He’ll rack up assists, but I could see him being held to under 40 fantasy points despite being the top option on Houston. **

High Value PG

Milos Teodosic, LAC vs OKC ($5,100): Teodosic has been at 28 fantasy points or better in three of his last four games. If Austin Rivers is ruled out again or is limited due to his energy, Teodosic is going to get that extra usage. The Thunder are on a back-to-back, but they didn’t have to travel and were able to rest guys in a blowout, so that shouldn’t be much of a factor. Teodosic can put up numbers in all categories and I think he’s a better option than Rivers. ****

Austin Rivers, LAC vs OKC ($6,000): Rivers is questionable as of this writing. Obviously, check his status before making any decisions. If he plays, he has a higher ceiling than Teodosic, but I worry about him coming off the injury. Furthermore, he wasn’t playing great in the two games prior to his injury. I like Teodosic more, but concede that Rivers has the ability to give you 40+ fantasy points while Teodosic hasn’t shown that thus far. **
