High Salary SG

Lou Williams, LAC vs OKC ($7,500): Williams had 44.9 fantasy points on Nov. 10 against the Thunder. If Austin Rivers can’t go, Williams is by far their best perimeter scorer and will see his usage increase from that Nov. 10 contest. The Thunder are 24th against the position in their last 15 games and the loss of Andre Roberson isn’t likely to help. ****

Klay Thompson, GS at HOU ($6,800): Thompson had a season high 45 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Wednesday. It goes to show the talent level of the Warriors when 45 fantasy points is a season high for one of the best shooter of all-time. Thompson had 38.7 fantasy points against the Rockets on opening night. He should easily be at value (28.6 fantasy points). I like him to hit at least 30 fantasy points in this one. *****

High Value SG

Terrance Ferguson, OKC at LAC ($3,500): Your high value shooting guard plays are certainly limited on Thursday. Ferguson drew his first career start against the Lakers and had 35.7 fantasy points. He’ll draw another start on Thursday with Roberson out of the lineup and his confidence is high. His salary doesn’t really make him a risk. He’s an extremely low cost option who can contribute and may allow you to grab that extra star on a slow night. **

C.J. Williams, LAC vs OKC ($3,700): Williams is a more reliable play than Ferguson based on recent weeks, but his ceiling doesn’t appear to be as high. He plays solid minutes, which allows him to be a decent contributor. Given that he needs just 15.6 fantasy points to his value, I’ll call him a reliable play. ***
