High Salary PG

Dennis Smith Jr., DAL vs NY ($6,400): Smith Jr. has been at value or better in four straight games as the Mavericks have found a rhythm offensively. The Knicks are 27th against the position in their last 15 games and this one projects to be a shootout. Smith Jr. has not only been scoring at a solid clip, he’s done a better job as the playmaker than at any point in the season. He should be over 30 fantasy points once again on Sunday. ****

Russell Westbrook, OKC at PHO ($11,900): You know what you’re getting with Westbrook. As long as the game isn’t a blowout, he’s going to give you 60+ fantasy points and flirt with a triple-double every night. The Thunder offense looks unstoppable right now and Westbrook’s scoring and playmaking ability is a big reason why. This one may be over by the third quarter, which could hurt Westbrook’s value. Even if he plays less than 30 minutes, he’ll have 45+ fantasy points. *****

Lonzo Ball, LAL vs ATL ($6,900): Ball returned on Friday against the Hornets and contributed 28.5 fantasy points in 27 minutes. The Hawks are 19th against the position in their last 15 games. The Lakers have not look interested in playing basketball for a couple of weeks now, but Ball’s return and passing will hopefully energize them a bit. It will help that they’re facing arguably the worst team in the league, traveling to the west coast. Ball appears to still be on a minutes restriction, which does slightly hurt his value. ****
