High Value C

Bismack Biyombo, ORL at DAL ($5,600): Biyombo has hit value in five of his six games as the starter for Orlando. The one game he missed value, against the Rockets, he could not stay on the floor against their spread off. Staying on the floor should not be a problem against the Mavericks, who typically keep two bigs in at all times. Biyombo is always a safe bet when it comes to rebounding. He helps his value with easy points in the paint and a couple of defensive plays. ***

Jonas Valanciunas, TOR vs MIA ($5,500): Valanciunas had 40.1 fantasy points against the Nets on Monday. It was his second straight game with 40.1 fantasy points. He should see a decent amount of playing time as he matches up with Hassan Whiteside. He’s a reliable rebounder who has been over 20 points in his last two games. The Raptors will need his easy buckets if Kyle Lowry is unable to go in this one. He’s been reliable in back-to-back situations, going 6+ fantasy points over value in three of five contests. ***

Brook Lopez, LAL vs SAC ($5,100): Lopez’ playing time had started to drop prior to his injury and since his return, he’s yet to play over 20 minutes. He making the most of his chances and had 30.6 fantasy points in 19 minutes against the Hawks. The Kings are 29th against the position in their last 15 games. I don’t exactly love Lopez because the Lakers don’t utilize him to the best of his abilities and he doesn’t get enough playing time to justify the salary. But he has the ability to post big numbers, so there is a reward there. **
