High Value SG

Wesley Matthews, DAL vs ORL ($5,500): Matthews has been at value or better in six straight. He’s a solid contributor in all categories and has the ability to get hot from the field, although his three-point shooting isn’t as valuable in FanDuel. The Magic are eighth against the position in their last 15 games. This game has the highest over/under on the night, so multiple players should have strong overall nights. Matthews can be a solid contributor who should be around value. ***

Bogdan Bogdanovic, SAC at LAL ($4,600): Bogdanovic has been over value in two straight and is coming off a solid 28.5 fantasy point performance against the Spurs on Monday. He had 28.7 fantasy points against the Lakers on Nov. 22. He’s been fairly reliable in back-to-back situations, as long as he sees 20+ minutes. He should hit 20 fantasy points and if this one turns into an offensive showdown, he’ll be way over. ***

Wayne Ellington, MIA at TOR ($4,400): Ellington missed value against the Jazz, but he always has the opportunity to play well above his value based on the shots he gets on a game-to-game basis. He’s a streaky shooter whose value largely depends on the amount of threes he hits. He does chip in with rebounds. With the Raptors on a back-to-back, they may have weary legs. Ellington’s sharp shooting will kill them if rotations are late or missed. His low salary should be him at value and I think this is a game where he shoots well. ****
