Indianapolis Colts: T.Y. Hilton, Figure skating
Jim Irsay has put together one of the worst rosters in the NFL aside from Andrew Luck and a few other talents but there are still things to be optimistic about for the Colts. The first name that comes to mind is wide receiver T.Y. Hilton and he’s been just about the only offense the Colts have seen this season aside from Frank Gore.
Amid the Colts’ struggles in the past few seasons, Hilton has been a rare constant. He led the league in receiving yards last season with 1,448 and is still on pace for over 1,000 yards with Jacoby Brissett under center. That’s largely in part to Hilton’s ability to make plays and find yards when there’s nothing around him. Even when teams think they have the perfect coverage Hilton always seems to find the open lane in the secondary. He’s a threat in the intermediate game but can also burn cornerbacks with his lightning fast speed. That kind of talent makes you wonder how long he’ll want to stay with a struggling team but for now, Hilton will continue to produce.
Hilton is a finesse kind of player and his talents would go great in figure skating. Male figure skating is just as popular around the world and Hilton is light on his feet that I think he’d be better than most think.
