Damian Lillard, POR vs PHO ($9,300): Lillard has hit value in all three games since his return from injury, although has been trending down. I don’t expect that trend to continue against the lowly Suns. The Suns are 15th against the position in their last 15 games and their overall defense is at the bottom of the league. Expect a big night from Lillard, although there could be some concern that he won’t see enough playing time to make the impact that he could if he plays 35-plus minutes. He should easily be at value and then some, even if his night is shorter than expected. ****

Kyrie Irving, BOS vs NO ($8,500): Irving has missed value in three of his last four, but this is a good matchup for him and the Celtics. The Pelicans are 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. I’m a bit worried about the Celtics coming off the London trip, but the Sixers looked just fine on Monday against the Raptors, so maybe my worries are unfounded. Given the matchup, I would expect Irving to be around 40 fantasy points. ***

Jeff Teague, MIN at ORL ($6,400): Teague looks to be 100 percent following his knee injury that kept him out at the end of December and start of January. He had 38.75 fantasy points against the Trail Blazers on Jan. 14. The Magic are 23rd against the position in their last 15 games. The Timberwolves are clicking better than just about any team in the league right now and Teague is doing his part on both ends of the court. He should be over 30 fantasy points once again on Tuesday. ****
